A straightforward trash bag dispenser can be made using 1/2-inch pipe and a few basic fittings. Start by mounting a floor flange inside your cabinet. Screw in a 3-inch pipe nipple, then attach a 90-degree elbow to the nipple. Cut a vertical length of pipe slightly longer than the width of your trash bag roll. Thread this vertical pipe into the elbow, slide on the roll of bags, and you’ve got an easy-to-use, space-saving dispenser.
