I upgraded my kitchen soap dispenser by connecting it directly to a gallon soap container stored under the sink using plastic tubing. To do this, I used a tube just wide enough to fit over the dispenser pump. I then ran the tube through the dispenser opening and down into the large container. With this simple modification, my soap lasts over a year, saving me from frequent refills.
