15/40 Preserve steel-wool pads
It’s frustrating to use a steel-wool pad once, only to find it rusted and useless the next day. To extend its lifespan and avoid waste, wrap the pad in aluminum foil and store it in the freezer between uses. Alternatively, place a crumpled sheet of foil at the bottom of its dish or container—this helps keep it elevated and drier. Just remember to regularly pour out any accumulated water to prevent rust.
